		Preparing the Project Report, visiting the places of installation, studying facilities like Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc., and preparing necessary drawings for the same with special finishes, if required, preparing tender document, floating tenders, evaluating tenders, selecting the tenderer and awarding work to the successful tenderer, supervising the works of the contractor and certification of bills submitted by the Contractor.
	MEDICAL EQUIPMENT CONSULTANCY
		Being aware of the network of leading worldwide equipment suppliers and updating to the latest technology, identification of medical equipment for various multispeciality hospitals, shortlisting vendors, inviting tenders, negotiating terms and prices bearing in mind, service after sales and Annual Maintenance Contract, coordinating with the Medical Equipment Supplier / Equipment Distributor / Purchaser for delivery, installation, commissioning and handing over to the concerned hospital authorities and also oversee during defects liability period.
